While I want to have some IC fun with this age before giving it away, I did want to start this journal to mark my progress. While I still have lamp glare issues, everything else seems to be going fine. And even though it's the newest age I'm working on, it might be the first one I put out.

Got yourself a new fav Age huh? I'm doing a swamp too--we could trade textures and stuff. Of course, I'll have to learn texturing first...

My first attempt at age writing was a swamp age. Unfortunately, I moved on to other ideas before even getting close to actually trying to make it. However, I do still like my mode of transportation throughout my swamp. If you have not given much thought as to how one might move around through the mossy mud, let me know. I will be more than happy to share my ideas on this with you.

Got back onto this project after getting dispirited after the announcement of Live's closure. Most of the swamp is done. Still more to be done, but I'm hoping to release it soon.

Looking forward to seeing this age, William! Do you have any screenshots that you'd be willing to share?

I will fairly soon. I've been reworking the age a bit. I could release it now, but I don't like it as it is now. I'm going to do some work on it over the weekend and perhaps it'll be ready for release then.

One of the ideas I had for the age didn't work out as I wanted, so it'll still be a while. It's very close now, though.

Progress continues to be made. Finished taking out the texture I was using because I hadn't taken it myself. Switched over to a texture that I think will work better.

I had also taken out a number of lights used in the age due to the problems they caused with the plugin re-write. I just put new ones in and, while some are looking good, there are a number of them not working. If anyone knows a reason why, please let me know.

I think there's a limit on how many lights you can have. 15/prp I think.
